The seller of goods sold through this website is the company recorded in Site Settings → Company (legal / GDPR), including its legal name, IČO, DIČ where applicable, registered seat, and the entry in the Czech commercial register. The contact email and phone number under Site Settings serve as the primary customer-service channel.
You place an order by adding products to your cart and completing checkout. Prices are shown in CZK and include VAT where applicable. Your contract with us is formed when Stripe confirms a successful payment.
We accept card payments via Stripe Checkout. The payment page is hosted by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Stripe is an Irish-incorporated provider under European banking regulation.
We offer several delivery methods at checkout: in-store pickup, Packeta / PPL pickup point, and Packeta / PPL home delivery. Shipping cost is shown before you confirm payment. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days within Czech Republic.
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under §1829 of the Czech Civil Code. To exercise the right, send us a clear statement (by email is fine) that you are withdrawing from the contract. We recommend using the template form below.

We will refund the purchase price (including the original shipping cost up to the cheapest standard option) within 14 days of receiving the goods back. The cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
You may claim a defect on goods within the statutory warranty period. Send the defective item back together with proof of purchase. We will assess the claim within 30 days. Final wording to be confirmed by legal counsel.
For consumer disputes we cannot resolve directly, you can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz), which is the competent ADR body for our sector.
