Refund Policy

If the Buyer is a consumer who ordered goods through the e-shop of Lajf23, s.r.o. (the "Company") or by other means of distance communication, the Buyer has the right — except in cases listed in Section 1837 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code — to withdraw from the concluded purchase contract within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, or in the case of a purchase of goods, within fourteen days of receipt of the goods.

For a contract whose subject is several pieces of goods or delivery of several parts of goods, this period begins on the day of delivery of the last piece or part. For a contract under which goods are to be delivered regularly and repeatedly, the period begins on the day of delivery of the first shipment. The Buyer notifies the Company of withdrawal in writing to the Company's premises or electronically to the email listed on the sample form.

If a Buyer who is a consumer withdraws from the purchase contract, they shall, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from withdrawal, send or hand over to the Company the goods received from it.

If a Buyer who is a consumer withdraws from the purchase contract, the Company shall, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from withdrawal, return to the Buyer all monies (the purchase price of the delivered goods) including delivery costs received from the Buyer under the purchase contract, by the same method. If the Buyer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest one offered by the Company, the Company will refund delivery costs only in the amount corresponding to the cheapest delivery method offered. The Company is not obliged to return the monies received to the Buyer before the goods have been received back.
